Position Overview

The Brand Strategist will lead the development and execution of a cohesive brand strategy across all platforms, with a strong focus on social media growth, podcast development, brand monetization, public relations, and community engagement. This role is both creative and strategic—ideal for someone who understands the intersection of personal brand and media-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development.
  • Define and refine brand voice, tone, and identity across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Help shape the narrative and structure of the brand.
  • Identify growth opportunities, book high-impact guests, and develop monetization funnels (ads, sponsorships, Patreon, etc.).
  • Social Media Management.
  • Plan and execute engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy for reach and engagement.
  • Monetization Strategy.
  • Identify and manage revenue streams, including sponsorships, digital products, events, and affiliate marketing.
  • Work closely with partnerships and sales to pitch and close brand deals.
  • Craft media pitches and coordinate press placements, interviews, and podcast swaps.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Campaign Management.
  • Lead brand campaigns around key launches, episodes, or events.
  • Coordinate creative assets, timelines, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, media, or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record managing and growing a personal or business brand.
  • Strong understanding of podcast production and monetization models.
  • Experience with social media scheduling, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Background in PR and relationship-building with influencers or media outlets.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, etc.).
  • Experience working with public figures or mission-driven brands.
  • Familiarity with various podcast platforms.
