Personal/Executive Assistant


We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy personal/executive assistant to join our team.


This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, professional, detail oriented, and comfortable managing a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be someone who can anticipate needs, keep things organized, handle confidential information with discretion and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.


Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and scheduling

- Coordinate personal and professional commitments

- Manage emails, correspondence and follow-ups

- Organize documents, files and important information

- Assist with travel arrangements

- Handle errands and other personal duties as needed

- Coordinate with employees, clients and vendors

- Help manage day to day admin responsibilities

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

- Anticipate needs

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant office manager or similar role required

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize
