Job Title: Personal Assistant 

Position Type: Full-Time  
Location: On-site 
Reports To: Employer  

Position Summary 

The Personal Assistant provides direct administrative and personal support to ensure the employer’s professional, household, and personal responsibilities are organized and managed efficiently. This role requires a highly dependable, discreet, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining confidentiality at all times. 

Key Responsibilities 

Administrative Support 

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders 

  • Handle email and phone correspondence professionally 

  • Assist with document organization, filing, and records management 

  • Prepare letters, reports, and communications as needed 

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries 

  • Maintain task lists and follow-up systems 

Personal & Household Support (if applicable) 

  • Assist with errands such as shopping, pickups, or deliveries 

  • Help manage household schedules and service providers 

  • Organize personal events, reservations, and bookings 

  • Support daily routines to improve efficiency and organization 

  • Assist with personal projects as assigned 

Logistics & Coordination 

  • Track deadlines and upcoming commitments 

  • Provide reminders and proactive planning support 

  • Assist with scheduling across personal, work, and family roles 

  • Coordinate with outside professionals or service providers 

Confidentiality & Professionalism 

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters 

  • Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and discretion at all times 

  • Build and maintain a supportive, organized working relationship 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication 

  • High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and discretion 

  • Proficiency with email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft/Google applications 

  • Ability to multitask and work independently 

  • Professional and respectful demeanor 

Preferred 

  • Experience as an assistant, administrative support, coordinator, or similar role 

  • Valid driver’s license (if errands/travel required) 

  • Experience working in a household, executive, clinical, environment 

  • Comfort working with sensitive or confidential information

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Compensation:  hourly Range $20-$25 per/hour
