A confidential client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support with scheduling, administrative tasks, personal projects, and household coordination. What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate personal and business travel arrangements
- Handle errands and day-to-day personal assistance tasks

Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000-$75,000 annual salary, depending on experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, household management, concierge, or similar support role.
• Proven ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and keep schedules organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience booking and adjusting travel arrangements with strong attention to timing, preferences, and logistics.
• Strong interpersonal judgment with the ability to adapt communication style based on the situation and environment.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters and working closely with an executive.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to create structure and follow through on competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a quiet, detail-oriented setting while remaining flexible and responsive to changing needs.
