A 'Person In Charge' is typically responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in a specific setting, such as a food establishment or facility. Their duties may include supervising staff, managing daily activities, addressing safety concerns, and ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly. This role often acts as the point of contact for resolving issues and making crucial decisions in the absence of higher management. The Person In Charge plays a key part in maintaining standards, training employees, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

What are some common challenges faced by a person in charge, and how can they be overcome?

As a Person In Charge, a frequent challenge is balancing operational oversight with team management, especially during busy periods. Job description

Insurance Sales Representative Take Control. Lead the Charge. Dominate Your Goals.

Divinity Group is seeking a Sales Representative for professionals who don't wait for permission, set their own standards, and thrive when they are in charge of their results. This is not a conventional sales role. This is a mission.

If you are driven by independence, authority, and measurable impact, this is the role where your ambition, grit, and competitive fire can thrive. Here, you decide how far you go—and your success is entirely in your hands.

Your Mission

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your mission is to:

  • Own your territory and control your outcomes through face-to-face business-to-business sales

  • Build unshakable relationships with business leaders, becoming a trusted authority and advisor

  • Deliver tailored supplemental insurance solutions that meet your clients' needs—and exceed their expectations

  • Set ambitious goals, crush them, and push yourself beyond limits every single day

  • Lead your career on your terms, with full autonomy and authority over your schedule and sales approach

This role is built for those who take full responsibility, challenge themselves constantly, and thrive under pressure. Support is available, but the results are yours—and yours alone.

Operational Details
  • Role Type: Independent Contractor

  • Work Location: In-person, B2B field sales in your community

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

  • Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually (base draw + commissions + bonuses)

  • Opportunity: Command your territory, dominate your metrics, and influence the team

What You Bring
  • A take-charge, no-excuses attitude—you are fully accountable for your results

  • Independent, decisive, and relentless in pursuit of goals

  • Competitive, ambitious, and driven to outperform others—and yourself

  • Strong communication, consultative, and influence skills

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years professional experience

  • Willingness to obtain State Health Insurance License (assistance and reimbursement provided)

  • Coachable only when it serves growth and strengthens your edge

Why Divinity Group
  • Total autonomy to run your territory and control your success

  • Performance-based rewards: base draw, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentive trips

  • Structured training, mentorship, and development when you choose to take it

  • Leadership opportunities based on results, not tenure

  • Work in a high-performance, results-driven culture that rewards grit, discipline, and decisive action

  • Make real impact: protect businesses, serve communities, and dominate your career trajectory

About Divinity Group

Divinity Group develops professionals who execute with authority, take ownership of results, and push themselves to mastery. This role is for the independent, ambitious, high-achieving professional who wants freedom, control, and the power to shape their own career.

Lead your territory. Own your results. Dominate your success.
