We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Permit Coordinator to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volume permit applications for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects
  • Coordinate inspections with inspectors and failed inspections with homeowners
  • Process all permits accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate power drops and electrical service upgrades by working with utility companies, inspectors, contractors, and homeowners
