The Dietary Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the dietary services program. This role includes staff supervision, meal planning, compliance with food safety standards, and management of special dietary needs.Job Title: Dietary Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and schedule dietary staff
  • Maintain dietary service policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and FDA Food Code 2022
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement physician-ordered diets
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and food safety documentation
