POSITION PURPOSE
Delivering high quality guest services, including efficient registration of guests, completing the check-in and check-out procedures and accurate financial dealings to ensure guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservations and sending and receiving emails. Answer phone and direct phone inquiries. Process electronic payment for guests' accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Post miscellaneous charges on accounts, where applicable, when requested. Proactively assist with mail distribution.

OTHER:
