Job description

Coca-Cola is seeking Warehouse Workers / General Laborers to work in distribution centers loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving beverage products for delivery routes. Warehouse Workers are responsible for building pallets, picking orders, loading delivery trucks, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential pay, weekend pay, and attendance or performance bonuses depending on location and shift. Warehouse Workers are responsible for picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, loading trucks, unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, cleaning work areas, and maintaining warehouse organization.
