Warehouse Lead
RC Willey is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Lead to support our store operations. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll be responsible for organizing and managing inventory, preparing products for display, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who are committed to efficiency, teamwork, and upholding RC Willey's high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Controlling inventory within a designated area of the warehouse
  • Assists with training and coordination of department responsibilities and tasks to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure customers requiring assistance are treated in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed in the performance of receiving warehouse loading/unloading activities
  • All other duties to be assigned by the supervisor or manager

Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to do physical labor and repetitive lifting up to and over 100 lbs
  • Ability to work in heights up to 30 feet
  • Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
  • Warehouse experience strongly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
