Design Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design RF SOI MMICs including switches, attenuators and phase shifters.
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team with multiple locations to develop products that comply with initial specifications, thorough simulations, managing the project to validation, supporting the manufacturing release and qualification.

Note: this is a non-exhaustive list of duties andresponsibilities. Other tasks will be assigned during the course ofyour employment.
Job Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge in RF SOI design techniques.
  • Solid understanding in microwave theories.
  • Familiar of FEM simulation using HFSS or ADS.
  • RF switch tapeout experience is a plus.
  • Cadence familiarity is a plus.
  • M.S. plus 3 years of design experience or Ph.D. is required
  • Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will be considered for this position.

The Salary Range for this position is $69,700- $113,800.Actual salary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, includingbut not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education,and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
