A fantastic facility located in Klamath Falls, OR is seeking full-time, permanent Registered Nurse to join their team! Great facility and team to be a part of! Relocation assistance available! $10,000 Sign-on bonus!
Pay Range: $41-$66/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
  • Registered Nurse will utilize theoretical concepts as the foundation for making practice-based decisions.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
  • The Registered Nurse will collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans
  • Schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts
