• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat to assist clients in improving their mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to share their emotions and experiences, promoting insight into their personal narratives and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them define actionable therapeutic goals.
• Evaluate the mental health conditions of clients and create tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies and your clinical expertise.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic client records in accordance with applicable regulations and ethical standards.

Our client base primarily consists of individuals who are prescreened and present low acuity mental health concerns. This targeted approach allows you to engage with clients who are stable and ready to work towards personal growth. Understanding the unique backgrounds and stories of your clients is essential, as you will be matched with individuals who align with your specialties and demographic preferences. This targeted allocation ensures a meaningful and impactful therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An independent license in your respective field: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong ability to make professional evaluations and craft client-centered treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate demeanor, enabling effective rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with digital tools and strong computer literacy to navigate telehealth platforms smoothly.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele and adapting therapeutic methods to meet individual needs.
• Previous teletherapy experience is preferred, though not required.
• A background in solution-focused therapy or other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
