About United Aesthetics Alliance

United Aesthetics Alliance (UAA) is building the premier physician-led portfolio in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, and wellness. The role also leads operational due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and de novo practice launches, ensuring every new practice successfully transitions into a high-performing UAA business.

Success in this role requires an experienced multi-site healthcare operator who is equally comfortable coaching field leaders, analyzing business performance, leading operational change, and executing complex integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building scalable operations while preserving the entrepreneurial culture of physician-led practices.

·         Ensure consistent execution of UAA operating standards while respecting physician culture and local market dynamics.

People & Workforce Leadership

·         Partner with Practice Administrators and Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention.

·         Support leadership development, succession planning, and performance management across practice leadership teams.

·         Help practices build high-performing cultures that attract and retain exceptional talent.

Operational Excellence

·         Drive continuous improvement across practice operations through process optimization and standardization.

·         Identify and share best practices across the portfolio.

·         Partner with Finance, Marketing, HR, Clinical Operations, and Revenue Cycle to improve enterprise performance.

2. M&A Integration & Growth (50%)

·         Lead operational integration of newly acquired practices from diligence through post-close stabilization.

·         Partner with the SVP of Operations during due diligence to assess operational readiness, staffing models, workflows, systems, and integration risks.

·         Develop and execute comprehensive 30-, 60-, and 90-day integration plans.

·         Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and physician leadership.

·         Ensure successful adoption of UAA operating standards, systems, and processes while preserving the unique strengths and culture of each practice.

·         Lead operational readiness and execution for de novo practice and med spa openings.

·         Continuously improve UAA's integration playbook and implementation processes as the platform grows.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to remove barriers, solve complex operational challenges, and improve execution.

·         Support vendor selection, operational planning, and enterprise initiatives that improve scalability and performance.

·         Champion collaboration and communication across all functional areas to ensure successful execution of company priorities.
