Engagement is contingent on award, assignment fit, written proposal authorization, evidence validation, eligibility, availability, conflict/OCI clearance, travel readiness and agreement on scope and pricing. No award, assignment, minimum hours or compensation is guaranteed. Participation may restrict the consultant or firm from certain USTDA-funded implementation or follow-on work arising directly from the specific projects reviewed. Applicants must not submit classified, export-controlled, proprietary or client-confidential information; anonymized examples are acceptable.
