What is a permanent remote call monitoring?

A Permanent Remote Call Monitoring job involves listening to and evaluating customer service or sales calls from a remote location on a long-term basis. The main goal is to assess call quality, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide feedback to improve customer interactions. These professionals use specialized software to access recorded or live calls, document their observations, and sometimes report findings to management. This role is often fully remote and can be full-time or part-time, depending on the employer's needs. It requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service protocols.

Staying proactive about feedback and participating in virtual team check-ins can also help maintain quality and foster a sense of connection.

Job description

Health Coach / Care Manager: Transform Lives with Every Call!  Location: 100% Remote (Excluding California Residents) Licensure/Certification Required: Active MA, LVN, or LPT Specialization: Behavioral Health (BH) Experience Required Languages Desired: Spanish, Hindi, or Tagalog Are you passionate about making a real impact in people’s lives? Do you have the drive to coach, motivate, and inspire patients toward better health outcomes? If you’re a licensed/certified MA, LVN, or LPT looking for a rewarding remote role where you can truly make a difference—this is your opportunity!
At Vigilance Health, we don’t just manage care—we transform lives. Our care managers are the heart of our patient engagement strategy, ensuring patients receive proactive, compassionate, and effective support to improve their health.
Role Summary To provide the best motivation and health coaching to our patients through consistent, appropriate, timely, effective, and proactive and professional communication. You will drive clinical outcomes and engagement by providing comprehensive patient activation. Your role involves utilizing motivational interviewing to encourage positive health changes and supporting patients in creating and tracking SMART goals. Your Mission As a Care Manager with a Behavioral Health focus, you will maintain patient progress, adherence to care plans, and close HEDIS/care gaps. We are looking for individuals who want to thrive and grow with us. This role requires a high degree of adaptability; you must be able to follow directions and pivot quickly as we implement frequent process changes to meet company and patient needs. Daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Total Outbound Calls
    • Objective: Make a minimum of 60 phone calls per day. High performers understand that hitting connection goals may require exceeding this minimum.
  • Total Expected Connections
    • Objective: Connect with at least 25 patients per day.
  • Quality Assurance Score
    • Objective: Maintain a QA score of 90% or above.
  • Patient Stories & Surveys
    • Objective: Obtain 2 patient stories per month and ensure annual satisfaction surveys are completed.

Note on Growth & KPIs: KPIs and workflows change based on company needs. We seek professionals who view these challenges as opportunities to grow. Performance-based bonus structures may be available for those who consistently exceed targets. Role-Based Competencies & Attributes

  • Strong Patient Relationships: You’re able to build trust and establish meaningful connections that drive long-term clinical outcomes and health improvements.
  • Growth Mindset: You don't just want a job; you want to thrive. You seek feedback, embrace challenges, and look for ways to improve daily.
  • Clinical Foundation: Minimum 1-2 years of Behavioral Health experience.
  • Adaptability: Disciplined follow-through on directions, even during periods of frequent change.
  • Team Player: While remote, our care management team provides regular support and feedback to each other to ensure that each team member delivers the highest quality patient care.
  • Vigilance Core Values: We Have Fire, We Have Drive, We Are Partners, We Build Solutions, and We Are Coaches.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Clinical: Active MA, LPN, or LPT license/certification with 1+ years of Behavioral Health experience.
  • HIPAA Compliant Environment: A dedicated, private, and confidential workspace is required. No family, friends, or pets allowed in the workspace during work hours.
  • Professionalism: Mandatory "Camera-On" policy for all meetings.
  • Technical: Dual-monitor setup and hardwired high-speed internet.
  • Veterans: We are a Veteran-friendly organization and strongly encourage Veterans to apply.

DO NOT APPLY IF:

  • You prefer a slow-paced or "back-office" environment: This is a high-energy, outbound-calling role. If you are looking to primarily do paperwork or data entry, this is not the right fit.
  • You are uncomfortable with strict metrics: We track everything—calls, connects, and quality. If having a daily target of 25 connections feels stressful rather than motivating, you will not thrive here.
  • You need a "flexible" workspace: Because we handle private Behavioral Health data, we have a zero-tolerance policy for background noise, family members, or pets in the workspace. If you cannot guarantee a 100% silent, private office, please do not apply.
  • You are "Camera-Shy": We are a team of coaches. Our "Camera-On" policy is mandatory for all internal meetings and 1-on-1s to ensure partnership and engagement.

We look forward to hearing from you!
