About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Producer to support a growing Farmers Insurance agency. This is a high-activity sales role focused on working internet-generated home and auto leads, with a strong emphasis on cross-selling Life insurance.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment and is comfortable spending the majority of their day calling, following up, and closing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on inbound internet leads (Home & Auto)
- Make consistent outbound calls to prospects and prior leads
- Quote and bind Personal Lines policies (Home & Auto)
- Actively cross-sell Life insurance opportunities
- Maintain detailed activity and notes within the agency CRM
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and renewals
- Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales results
Requirements
- Active CA Property & Casualty License (required)
- Active CA Life & Health License (required)
- Prior insurance sales experience (Farmers experience preferred)
- Comfortable with high call volume / outbound sales
- Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
- Experience with Agency Zoom (preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
