WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Academic Background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Mobile Networks. Experience or strong interest in mobile telecommunication, with knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies, RAN and Core Network architectures and the core components of mobile network infrastructures and MVNO ecosystems.
  • Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting. Ability to monitor and assess network performance through OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager and Telco monitoring and management platforms, contributing to technical issue resolution, service optimization.
  • Network Design and Integration. Experience or strong interest in the design, validation, and optimization of mobile network infrastructures, including performance KPI analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and interoperability validation across multiple network domains and elements.
  • Collaboration & Communication. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
