Known for its captivating products and inspiring consumer experiences, this brand consistently pushes creative boundaries and connects with individuals on a deeply personal level. Join a team dedicated to excellence and making a significant impact in the market, where your vision will directly shape the brand's future and resonate with a broad audience.
Are you a visionary creative leader ready to leave your indelible mark on a beloved lifestyle brand? We are seeking a concept-driven professional who can transform strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Art Director to define and execute the brand's aesthetic future, influencing every customer touchpoint and inspiring both consumers and your peers. Your artistry and strategic thinking will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable experiences and elevating the brand's presence across diverse channels, directly impacting how our audience perceives and interacts with our products.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop original campaign concepts and creative systems that extend seamlessly across digital, retail, packaging, photography, social, email, and experiential channels.
  • Lead art direction for photography and video from concept through execution, including creative ideation, mood boards, styling, shot planning, image selection, and retouching feedback to ensure every asset supports a cohesive campaign vision.
  • Translate a single creative idea into integrated 360° campaigns that create a consistent and compelling brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
  • Craft compelling visual narratives that translate strategic objectives into engaging, consumer-centric storytelling.
  • Uphold and refine brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints through well-executed design systems and scalable templates.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with strategic, forward-thinking design recommendations that elevate the brand's creative direction.
  • Balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring all projects meet brand standards, deadlines, and budget constraints without compromising innovation.
  • Continuously explore emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to push creative boundaries and maintain a competitive edge.

What You'll Bring to the Team
We seek employees who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably creating campaigns for consumer-facing brands. Portfolio should demonstrate concept development, art direction, integrated 360° campaigns, and execution across both physical and digital channels.
  • Experience creating work for consumer products, lifestyle, retail, outdoor, beauty, food & beverage, or other consumer-facing brands is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color theory. Demonstrated ability to develop a visual idea beyond individual assets, creating cohesive campaign systems across packaging, photography, retail, digital, social, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with advanced knowledge of Figma.
  • Deep understanding of visual culture, emerging design trends, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive creative solutions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of presenting design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience in illustration, motion graphics, animation, or interactive design (After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar).
