Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Builder to lead applied AI initiatives and develop enterprise-grade AI agent systems. The ideal candidate will combine machine learning, software engineering, and product thinking to build reliable AI solutions that solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
  • Build AI agents, evaluation systems, training workflows, and AI development environments.
  • Lead AI projects from idea discovery to prototype, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand workflows and transform them into AI-powered products.
  • Create reusable AI tools, frameworks, and automation systems.

Requirements
  • Experience in applied ML, AI systems, reinforcement learning, or product engineering.
  • Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, evaluation methods, training, and quality measurement.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
