Our streamlined workflows minimize administrative tasks, allowing you to devote more time to client interaction and care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide psychotherapy services to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Specific duties include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments tailored to clients' unique situations, establishing comprehensive treatment plans that follow best practices.
  • Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that suit clients' needs.
  • Documenting all clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate records.
  • Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care that addresses the full spectrum of patient needs.
  • Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously refine and improve the quality of care being provided.
  • Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment paths, and available community resources.
  • Staying informed about advances in the mental health field to integrate the latest research findings and methodologies into your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a wide-ranging patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in offering tailored treatment solutions that promote healing and recovery, thereby directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and community health.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy services, with demonstrable skills in evidence-based practices.
  • Strong proficiency in solution-focused interventions and a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with experience in telehealth service delivery or those familiar with electronic health record systems may have an advantage in adapting quickly to our operational framework. A background in working with hospice or end-of-life care can also be beneficial given our unique clinic focus.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage to protect you and your loved ones.
  • Malpractice insurance provided at no cost.
  • An employee assistance program for personal mental health support.
  • Opportunities for unlimited referrals ensuring you consistently engage with clients.
  • Minimal administrative paperwork to prioritize direct client care and improve work-life balance.
  • Immediate access to a full caseload, helping you establish a rewarding and productive career from the outset.

We believe in promoting from within and providing our team members with dynamic growth opportunities. As you advance your skills and experience, you may have options to explore specialized roles or leadership positions within our organization.
