Production Team Members – Office Furniture & Cabinet Manufacturing We are hiring production workers at various skill levels! We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing manufacturing team. We are currently seeking candidates for a variety of production positions, including General Labourers, Assemblers, Production Workers, and Machine Operators. Experience in office furniture, kitchen cabinetry, millwork, or related manufacturing environments is considered a strong asset. Positions Available * General Labourers – material handling, production support, packaging, loading/unloading, and general shop duties * Assemblers – assembling furniture components, cabinetry, hardware, panels, and related products * Production Workers – preparing materials, quality inspection, operating equipment, and supporting production processes * Machine Operators – experienced operators for CNC and other production machinery What We're Looking For * Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience is an asset * Experience with office furniture, kitchen cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking is highly preferred * CNC, Panel saw and Edge bander experience is an asset for machine operator positions * Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, or work instructions is an asset * Comfortable using hand tools and power tools where required * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment * Ability to lift and move materials as required * Good competency of reading, writing and communication in English Position Details * Hourly position * Opportunity for permanent, full-time employment with benefits and bonus based on performance, reliability, and business needs * Legal to work in Canada (SIN#) * Opportunities available for candidates with different levels of experience * Training may be provided for suitable candidates * Hourly rate between $18-$24/hr based on experience and skill If you are hardworking, dependable, and interested in growing your skills in a manufacturing environment, we would like to hear from you.
