From pressing and sanding to inspecting for quality, you'll be the one behind every perfectly crafted component. Our Grand Haven team brings top-tier composite materials to the market, known for durability and precision.

In this role, you'll tackle each step of the molding process, from press to final finish, working on parts up to 50 pounds. This position requires stamina, attention to detail, and readiness for tasks like lifting, bending, and moving components safely.

Molding Press Operator:

• Pay Rate: $18 per hour.

• Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

• 3rd Shift: 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Sunday to Thursday

• A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.

• Weekly pay.
