Brembo in Homer, MI needs a Forklift Operator to add to their team!

2nd Shift: 3PM - 11PM

3rd shift: 11PM - 7AM

Starting wage is $19.35/hour

Full time, temporary to permanent positions in Homer, MI.

PPE Required: Steel Toes, safety glasses, earplugs.

Essential Duties for the Forklift Operator:

  • Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items. Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.

  • Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Securing loads to the machine before transportation. Inspecting for damages to vehicles.

  • Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

  • Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

  • Maintain a safe work environment.

  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs

  • Team management

  • Must be comfortable with administrative duties, working on computer, record keeping and data entry.
