The Opportunity

You will serve as a dedicated field defender, safeguarding residential and commercial properties from invasive structural threats. This entry-level role empowers you to master specialized safety protocols while directly interacting with community homeowners. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Inspect structural perimeters carefully to locate active pest entries and wildlife nesting zones.
  • Apply targeted barrier treatments precisely in accordance with strict safety regulations and service labels.
  • Deploy strategic mechanical baits and humane rodent exclusion solutions across diverse properties.
  • Counsel concerned homeowners patiently regarding foundational environmental adjustments and preventative habits.
  • Document all technical findings and product applications thoroughly using integrated digital software.
  • Maintain professional vehicle organization and equipment calibration routines every single day.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Genuine willingness to absorb intensive hands-on technical instruction and safety mentorship.
  • Proven history of punctuality, reliable daily attendance, and strong personal work ethics.
  • Comfort working productively in varied outdoor weather elements and confined architectural spaces.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities tailored for polite, clear client interaction.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 1 year of field experience within environmental services, landscaping, or specialty trades.
  • Associate degree or equivalent college coursework in life sciences or agriculture.
  • Familiarity navigating field routing applications or mobile service platforms like Zoho and Slack.
