• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat with a focus on ethical, and compassionate practices.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with client needs.
• Engage actively with clients to help them gain insight into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor and document client progress throughout treatment, adjusting strategies as necessary to promote healthy coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share best practices and develop comprehensive treatment approaches.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting a diverse range of mental health concerns. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. Your expertise will be critical in helping them enhance their quality of life through effective therapeutic techniques and personalized care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision; provisional or limited licenses are not acceptable.
• No history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a sympathetic nature to engage with clients effectively.
• Strong computer literacy, enabling efficient use of our therapy platform and documentation systems.

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• A background in working with adults who experience a variety of mental health challenges is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and client-centered approaches.

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition, you’ll benefit from:
