• Provide compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to support clients' therapeutic journeys.
• Develop personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate sessions that help clients gain insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships, encouraging self-discovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Ability to practice independently and without supervision, demonstrating expertise and confidence in your clinical capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth counseling; must be computer literate.
