Permanent Data Labeling Jobs in Appleton, WI (NOW HIRING)

Hours: 2-2-3, 6:00am - 6:00pm OR 6:00pm - 6:00am

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 /HR

Duties:

• Set up and operate the Sheeter machine to ensure optimal quality and productivity during production runs

• Monitor machine functions and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals and specifications

• Perform all Sheeter Helper duties, including roll handling, splicing, packaging, labeling, and material prep

• Use company ERP software and other systems to track orders, production, and materials

• Read and interpret job tickets for both internal specifications and customer requirements

• Serve as the first line of quality assurance by identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies in materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines and protocols

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on the Sheeter machine to ensure equipment reliability and longevity

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment required; paper industry experience is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of production processes and machine operation

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

• Solid math and measuring skills to ensure accuracy and product quality

• Working knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance

• Proficient with basic computer functions and data entry related to production tracking
