General Summary:
Under general direction, responsible for ensuring price changes are executed accurately throughout the chain. The position will work closely with Merchandising, In-Store Communications, Merchandise Support and Marketing to execute permanent, promotional and digital coupon price changes.
Job Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate price changes with Sr. Pricing Analysts, Merchandising representatives, Merchandise Support and Marketing to ensure correct price is in place in all stores at all times.
    • Schedule timelines for all price changes and execute changes in system.
    • Use established standards to verify price changes.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate notification and approval process to keep all parties informed of price change activity.
    • Pull information from and create forecast based on price change request.
    • Provide forecasts and analyses to Sr. Analysts, Managers and Director.
  • Coordinate price changes with In-Store Communications to ensure price changes match scripted communication sent to stores.
  • Provide support for pricing inquiries from throughout the organization.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Experience with current spreadsheet, database, and presentation software required.
  • Detail-oriented - must be able to detect errors in large amounts of data.
  • Above standard organizational skills required to manage multiple projects.
  • Creativity - ability to access information from different sources and pull it together in an easy to understand format.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AS/400 or Aldata G.O.L.D. considered a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all areas of the organization.
  • Customer-driven, team player committed to developing partnerships and maintaining strong working relationships.

Qualifications
Work Experience &/or Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least two years of related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
