Job description

Weida Brothers Inc., a family-operated collision repair facility serving Upper Dauphin County since 1954, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Repair Technician. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a consistent workload while delivering high-quality repairs on passenger vehicles, light trucks, and SUVs. Responsibilities

  • Perform damage repair, dent removal, and welding on various vehicle types
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure repairs meet safety and performance standards
  • Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Manage workflow effectively to handle a consistent volume of vehicles each week
  • Maintain and care for tools and shop equipment to ensure operational efficiency
  • Utilize advanced digital measuring tools and specialized software to aid repair accuracy
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while reporting directly to the Shop Manager

Required Qualifications

  • Technical training in auto body repair

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in auto body collision repair
