Responsibilities
 
Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the TREAT Maintenance Group. In this role the incumbent will be expected to issue and track preventative maintenance work orders. Close completed work orders and minor maintenance in the Computer Management Maintenance System database (CMMS) including obtaining the necessary closure signatures, updating the work order history and status in CMMS. Document applicable data from completed work orders in CMMS and deliver to Document Control for processing into long term storage (archive) system. Design and provide data analysis reports from Crystal reports as requested by management or staff.
 
Identify and procure materials as requested. Receive, stage and kit all materials in support of maintenance activities. Maintain positive control of all quality significant material. Generate and maintain a material tracking sheet and communicate to the TREAT Maintenance Manager once a week.
 
Will be expected to maintain familiarity associated with work order closeout of the Computer Management Maintenance System database (Asset Suite). Complete understanding of the procurement process for ordering and kitting of materials for maintenance activities and spare parts. Complete understanding of the Work Control process per LWP-6200 for closeout of work documentation. Maintain familiarity with the process for excessing property. Responsible for the purchasing and kitting of materials in support of all maintenance activities; procuring spare materials as identified by TREAT Engineering, the printing, assembly and closeout of all work order packages and documentation; preparing material and work package status reports, processing excess property, and other activities as identified by the TREAT Maintenance Manager.

 
Nine years relevant experience, or a relevant Vocational Certificate & seven years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge in nuclear and non-nuclear plant systems and operations. Must be able to effectively communicate using a variety of software as appropriate.
 
Must be able to obtain and maintain and "L" Security Clearance
 
Must be familiar with, and comply with, all relevant health and safety requirements. Must be knowledgeable of emergency action policies and procedures, methods for reporting/resolving work practices or conditions to available cognizant professionals. Must have knowledge of operations and maintenance work control processes.
Selective Service Requirements
 
To be eligible for employment at INL males between ages 18 and 25 must register (or must have registered) with the Selective Service System (SSS). This includes U.S. born and naturalized citizens, parolees, undocumented immigrants, legal permanent residents, asylum seekers, refugees, and all males with visas of any kind which expired more than 30 days ago.
