Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Type of Employment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to identify an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team in a permanent, full-time position.

In this role, you will support attorneys through a combination of case management, direct client communication, and litigation support in both federal and state courts. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative legal environment while supporting clients through complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of legal files and ensure key deadlines and milestones are met

• Draft and organize legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Assist attorneys with legal research, trial preparation, and assembling exhibits

• Collaborate with internal team members across departments to gather information and maintain accurate case records

• Participate in settlement preparation and documentation processes

• Support federal and state court filings and related litigation tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury or high-volume litigation environments

• Experience with trial preparation and familiarity with federal and state legal procedures, including filings, discovery, and case tracking
