Job description

First Call Staffing Indianapolis is seeking motivated individuals for various positions in a local manufacturing plant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery in the plant
  • Package products for shipment
  • Pick and prepare products as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
PPE & Dress Code:
  • Closed-toe, non-slip shoes required
  • Jeans and T-shirt required (sweatpants, shorts below the knee, or tank tops allowed)
