Job description

Growing established massage therapy clinic is seeking experienced professionals to meet increasing client demand. Therapist owned and operated with a mission to create a highly skilled team of bodywork professionals that serve clients and veterans in Delta County and beyond. This position offers freedom to flourish in your craft, knowledge and skills, and opportunities to become certified as a Core Alignment Therapist and learn Neuroscience-based Pain Reset. This position requires someone who is motivated to learn, responsible, reliable and who possesses excellent communication skills. 


Due to the demands of the insurance credentialing process, candidate will preferably have a minimum of 12 months experience since becoming licensed.


  • Please include full details of your massage therapy school to include name, location, hours of completion, as well as the date of graduation on your resume.
  • Please list all continuing education since massage therapy school graduation to include skills taught, instructor, credit hours, as well as date of completion.
  • Your resume should also include any memberships or participations with national and local professional organizations such as AMTA or ABMP, as well as details of your Colorado Massage Therapy license with your number and original date issued.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-5 years experience preferred, including continuing education or other education/training post massage therapy school completion. Willing to give credit for work experience if you have other experience in the healthcare field such as physical therapy assistant. 
  • Thorough knowledge of human anatomy systems as well as contraindications of massage.
  • Excellent professional boundaries and self awareness.
  • Willingness to learn Jane App software system for Electronic Health Record. (EHR)
  • Perspective of Mind-Body-Spirit connection when treating clients.
  • Detail-oriented, solution focused.

  • Active Colorado State License and Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain active liability insurance, state licensing requirements.
  • Document SOAP notes immediately following treatment.
  • Represent yourself and our business with the highest of moral and ethical standards.
  • Commitment to continuing education during downtime.
  • Conforming to dress code which includes creating a perfume-free, smoke-free environment for clients.
  • Completing a CAQH profile and credentialing contracts for insurance providers the group participates in.

Annual: $45,340 - 80,840 (FT)
