Job Description
The LVMH Beauty Division is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Temp) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top Retail and Head Office candidates to help drive our company's growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced recruiters and make a significant impact on our organization. We are looking for someone with a passion for sourcing and an eye for talent, combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
This position will be a four-month contract, working four days per week (Monday-Thursday).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify top talent and industry trends.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations.
  • Assistant Talent Acquisition with scheduling support.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Maintain candidate records through Applicant Tracking System.
  • Keep track of and report on sourcing metrics and progress to management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board search tools
  • Excels in a high-volume, highly active recruiting engine where strategies must pivot fast.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, including use of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
