Job description

If you are a motivated and energetic individual with strong customer service skills, join the Champion Windows team! We are looking for a driven individual to provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. In your role as Customer Service Advocate you will assist the Office Manager with administrative duties including but not limited to: sales, customer service and basic accounting functions.

Your specific duties as a Customer Service Advocate will include:

  • Greet customers within the showroom
  • Answer phones and forward calls to the appropriate individual
  • Schedule appointments over the phone including in-home consultations, final measurements, installations, and services  
  • Assist in payment collection/invoicing
  • Generate daily summary reports
  • Perform data entry and update Customer Service Database
  • Additional administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements:

As a Customer Service Advocate, you must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a team environment. Strong customer service skills are crucial for your success in this role.

Specific qualifications for the Customer Service Advocate position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WMP
  • Customer service and multi-line phone experience preferred
  • Dependability-consistently at work on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
