Performance Responsibilities:

  • Supervises, oversees, and maintains all corporation network data servers, infrastructure, Wide Area Network connections, software and technology security.
  • Supervises, oversees, assigns, and assesses the corporation information systems’ ticket system for technology issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining, organizing, analyzing, assisting and reporting all required Department of Education reports according to due dates.
  • To maintain the technologies and perform troubleshooting and repair on hardware and/or software problems.
  • Knowledge and application of the following operating systems including Windows and Apple
  • Experience with PC and Apple hardware; Windows 7-Windows 10 OS; Microsoft 2008- 2012 Server; Cisco, DLink, and 3Com Switching Equipment; General cabling/networking; Microsoft Office Applications, Printing, Web Applications, Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and experience with Domain, Email, SIS, and Student Data System
  • Oversee and maintain the corporation phone system.
  • Consult and assist in technology-related construction projects.
  • Participates in the Corporation Leadership Team and other teams for the purpose of receiving information and participating in the Strategic Plan.
