Job Title: Senior Load & Performance Test EngineerLocation: RemoteExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: ContractJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Load & Performance Test Engineer to design, execute, analyze, and optimize performance testing for large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise performance testing tools, application performance monitoring (APM), and performance engineering best practices. Experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft ERP applications is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain reusable performance test scripts aligned with business processes.
  • Simulate high-volume workloads ranging from 5,000โ€“10,000 concurrent virtual users.
  • Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Configure and execute geographically distributed load tests.
  • Create detailed performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Monitor application health using Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, cloud, database, and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
  • Support production readiness assessments and peak-load validation.
  • Provide ongoing performance engineering guidance and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Load & Performance Testing.
  • Strong experience with one or more of:

    • Gatling
  • Experience with APM/RUM platforms such as:
