Description:
Zenpire is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and scale our retention and growth marketing efforts. This role will own the execution and optimization of lifecycle campaigns, marketing workflows, and growth initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue.

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage projects, improve marketing processes, and proactively identify opportunities for experimentation and optimization. They are comfortable working cross-functionally, connecting day-to-day marketing work with broader business goals and ROI.


Location:

This is a remote, US based role.


Key Responsibilities

Retention Marketing Initiatives:

  • Plan, build, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across channels such as email and some in-product messaging.
  • Manage customer lifecycle journeys to improve activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on data and customer behavior.
  • Identify opportunities to test and experiment with new lifecycle strategies that drive growth.

Acquisition & Growth Marketing Initiatives:

  • Support the development and execution of growth marketing experiments aimed at improving acquisition-to-retention conversion and customer lifetime value.
  • Own and optimize acquisition channels, including app listing optimization (app store copy, screenshots, keywords, and ratings strategy), website content, and landing pages.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), including campaign setup, budget pacing, copy testing, and performance reporting.
  • Propose new campaign ideas, segmentation strategies, or channel opportunities based on performance insights.
  • Connect campaign performance and experimentation results to overall marketing and revenue goals.
  • Manage and optimize growth-focused partnerships, including managing our affiliate program to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Track performance of partnership-driven (affiliate) initiatives and provide insights to improve results and scale successful collaborations.


Content & Help Center:

  • Create and maintain help center and support content, including articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to identify content gaps and proactively publish resources that reduce friction and improve self-serve resolution.
  • Contribute to website and marketing content that supports acquisition and retention goals, including blog posts, feature pages, and product updates.

Marketing Operations & Workflow Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing workflows, processes, and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify operational improvements that help the marketing team move faster and produce higher-quality outputs.
  • Ensure marketing systems and campaigns are organized, documented, and scalable.

Project Ownership:

  • Independently manage small to mid-sized marketing projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop project timelines and proactively manage deadlines and deliverables.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Work closely with teams such as product, partnerships, analytics, and creative to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Understand cross-functional dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Mentor or support newer team members when collaborating on campaigns or processes.

Performance & Impact:

  • Track campaign performance and connect marketing efforts to customer impact and ROI.
  • Use insights and reporting to guide future marketing strategies and experimentation.
  • Maintain high standards for quality and accuracy across all marketing outputs.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing and growth marketing
  • Experience managing paid ads, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to customer behavior and ROI
  • Experience managing marketing projects and timelines independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
