Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale testing projects, programs, and initiatives end-to-end
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders across impacted platforms to track milestones and deliverables
  • Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules across cross-functional teams
  • Develop and present Program Test Summary dashboards to VP-level and above stakeholders
  • Build comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks
  • Triage defects and prioritize issues in close collaboration with development and production teams
  • Serve as the central point of contact between QA and engineering teams
  • Own and maintain testing inputs to E2E project roadmaps and RAID logs; run Program Test Sync calls
  • Prepare and present biweekly and monthly Executive Leadership updates including BUR reviews
