Performance Test Managers are professionals responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing performance testing activities in software development projects. Their primary role is to ensure that applications meet performance requirements related to speed, scalability, and stability under expected workloads. They lead teams of testers, define test strategies, analyze test results, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve performance-related issues. Performance Test Managers also help identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations to improve system performance.

How does a performance test manager collaborate with development and operations teams during a typical project lifecycle?

A Performance Test Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams. They work closely with developers to understand application architecture, identify performance requirements, and design relevant test scenarios.
