Location: New Braunfels, TX
Company: Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6 am-3:30 pm (overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed)

Compensation: $15.59- $21.24+

Simpson Race Products, a division of Holley Performance Brands, is seeking a Production Sewer to join our manufacturing team in New Braunfels, TX. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Whether you have industrial sewing experience or are eager to learn a new trade, we encourage motivated candidates to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Sew various types of fabrics and webbing materials using manual and automatic sewing machines
  • Operate sewing equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production standards
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain sewing equipment and keep workstations clean and organized
  • Cut fabrics and materials using hand-held cutting tools and clicker press equipment as needed
  • Perform light assembly work and support other production activities as required
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
QualificationsRequired
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • Ability to follow work instructions and production requirements
Preferred
  • Previous sewing experience
  • Experience operating industrial sewing machines
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Education

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the workday
  • Ability to perform production work for extended periods
