Today we are one of the countryโ€™s largest owners and operators of manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle resorts. We create vibrant, affordable communities for working families and retirees and attractive vacation destinations for seasonal travelers. With financial sponsorship from one of the worldโ€™s largest alternative investment managers, we bring institutional discipline to our entrepreneurial roots and are positioned for continued significant growth.

Why Choose Inspire Communities?

At Inspire Communities, we empower our employees to grow, succeed, and make a differenceโ€”both in our communities and in their careers. If youโ€™re looking for a rewarding role where your work is valued,

Job Summary:

This individual will create campaigns and ad sets, develop audiences, build advertising content and creative concepts, monitor performance, test new strategies, adjust investment, and make proactive recommendations designed to increase qualified lead volume, engagement, conversion, and return on advertising spend.

This role directlyownsthe performance and continuous improvement ofInspireโ€™spaid social advertising strategy while collaborating closely with the broader Marketing team.

What You'll Do
  • Own the day-to-day strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of Inspireโ€™s paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns and ad sets across Meta platforms.
  • Build and continuously refine paid social audiences based on geography, demographics, behaviors, interests, customer profiles, and campaign objectives.

  • Are we reaching the right people or simply reaching more people?
  • Why is one market outperforming another?
  • Are we seeing creative or audience fatigue?
  • What should we test next?
  • Which campaigns deserve more investment?
  • Where are we wasting money?
  • How can we recapture people who previously showed interest?
  • Are these campaigns generating engagementor generating qualified prospects?

This individual must be comfortable directly owning and executing both the creative and analytical sides of paid social advertising while continually identifying opportunities to improve performance.
