Acxiom is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and innovative Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead the organization's global talent acquisition function. This executive leader will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy that attracts top-tier talent across all business functions while aligning with Acxiom's long-term growth objectives.

The VP of Talent Acquisition will oversee full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, employer branding, career site optimization, recruiting operations, vendor partnerships, budget management, and talent analytics. This role requires a proven leader who has successfully led high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, managed enterprise recruiting budgets, and built scalable hiring strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Talent Leadership

· Develop and execute Acxiom's enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy to support business growth, workforce transformation, and competitive talent positioning to include full time, contingent, intern/early career & global.

· Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

· Partner with executive leadership, HR, Finance, Compensation and business stakeholders to align hiring initiatives with organizational goals.

· Drive workforce planning strategies, including succession planning, headcount forecasting, and talent pipeline development.

Recruiting Operations & Process Excellence

· Oversee full lifecycle recruiting across corporate, technical, sales, leadership, contingent, intern/early career & some global and niche functions.

· Optimize ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies to improve operational efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

· Manage and enhance Acxiom's career site strategy to maximize candidate engagement, conversion, and brand presence.

· Build scalable recruiting processes that ensure consistency, diversity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

· Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen Acxiom's market presence as an employer of choice.

· Partner with marketing and communications teams to elevate EVP (Employee Value Proposition) across digital channels, social media, and recruitment campaigns.

· Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Budget & Vendor Management

· Own and manage the Talent Acquisition budget, including agency spend, job boards, sourcing tools, technology platforms, employer branding investments, and recruiting events.

· Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to maximize ROI and operational effectiveness.

· Ensure cost-effective recruiting strategies while maintaining quality of hire.

Metrics, Analytics & Reporting

· Lead with data by establishing and monitoring KPIs such as:

o Time-to-fill

o Quality of hire

o Cost-per-hire

o Source effectiveness

o Diversity hiring metrics

o Candidate conversion rates

o Recruiter productivity

· Present executive-level dashboards and insights to senior leadership.

· Continuously refine strategies based on talent market trends and performance analytics.

What You Will Have:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

· 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience, including significant enterprise-level recruiting strategy development.

· Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams at scale.

· Demonstrated success managing recruiting budgets, workforce planning initiatives, employer branding, and career site strategies.

· Strong expertise in talent acquisition metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

· Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Workday Preferred), recruitment marketing technologies, and sourcing tools.

· Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

· Deep understanding of labor market trends, DEI hiring strategies, and modern recruiting practices.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience within technology, data, marketing, or digital transformation industries.

· Background leading TA transformation initiatives during periods of growth or organizational change.

· Experience supporting global or multi-regional hiring strategies.
