Job description

This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.

SUMMARY

The Marketing Intern will support the development and evolution of Sono Bello's brand messaging. This role focuses on creating clear, compelling messaging that resonates with both existing and prospective customers. The intern will help generate campaign ideas based on messaging insights and collaborate closely with the marketing team. This position offers hands-on experience in message development, testing, and data-driven marketing, while contributing fresh ideas to strengthen the brand's impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and evaluate current messaging across products and channels to ensure consistency and differentiation.
  • Execute message testing within the existing framework and help build a messaging playbook for the marketing team.
  • Research industry trends to develop new and innovative campaign ideas.
  • Assess digital channels and provide recommendations to improve patient experience and brand perception.
  • Identify and evaluate influencers or creators to expand reach and engagement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience or coursework in messaging development and testing preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas.
  •  Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Canva and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

COMPENSATION:

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly range of $20.00 hour, depending on experience.
