At Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air, we believe great marketing tells a story, builds trust, and keeps our team and customers connected. We are looking for a creative, organized, and people-focused Marketing Assistant to help support and grow our brand.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys social media, communication, content creation, and working with a fast-moving team. You'll work closely with our VP of Marketing and play an important role in both external and internal marketing efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and creating social media content
  • Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Tracking campaign performance and engagement
  • Supporting internal communication and company branding
  • Working closely with technicians and office staff to keep marketing initiatives consistent
  • Assisting with creative projects, content ideas, and community engagement
