- Grado Asociado en Ingeniería, Control de Calidad o cualquier otro grado técnico donde el prospecto haya desarrollado la capacidad de análisis, estudio crítico y capacidad de procesos
- Comunicación oral y escrita, comunica de manera efectiva
- Lectura, escritura, comprensión e interpretación del idioma inglés en nivel básico para su aplicación en el uso de instrucciones escritas y manuales de equipos
- Conocimientos y/o experiencia básica en: Microsoft Office incluyendo: Word, Excel y Power Point
