The Facilities Process Improvement Project Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across facility maintenance and distribution operations. This role focuses on analyzing and standardizing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, integrating advanced technologies, and managing cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, technical aptitude, and a passion for optimizing performance in a dynamic, multi-site environment.Standardize SOPs across allfacilitymaintenance operations.
Leverage and pulldata,analyzemonthly reporting,andcreatedashboards for leadership.
Project plansand timelines for facilityexpansion, layoutchangesor maintenance work.
Training materialsandchangemanagement documentation for new processes.
Documented and executed Lean/Six Sigma projects with measurable cost savings or efficiency gains.
Successfullyimplementnew technologies.
Cross-functional alignment plans for major initiatives.
Compliance Audit reporting ensuringadherence to safety and operational standards.
