    JOB SUMMARY
    •  
    • The Project Manager supports key organizational initiatives through project management, grant writing, implementation, administration, and performance oversight. This role may act as the primary liaison between Berkshire Health Systems and the State funding agency, ensuring adherence to grant terms, alignment with budget targets, timely and accurate reporting, and consistency with organizational objectives.
      The selected candidate will collaborate across functions, manage project timelines, support program budgeting, coordinate stakeholder engagement, monitor performance metrics, and help ensure the successful delivery of program goals
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience:
      • Five+ years healthcare program management experience required.
      • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives at scale required.
      • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management required.
      • Experience managing government grants or contracts preferred.
      • Budget management experience preferred.
      • Healthcare operations experience preferred.
      • Experience working with federal and state agencies preferred.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
    • Licensure & Certifications:
      • Project Management Institute PMP preferred.
      • Lean Six Sigma preferred.
      • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) preferred.
      • Grant Professional Certification (GPC) preferred.
