Job description

Position Title: Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager
This is an opportunity to lead some of Southern California's most prominent commercial tenant improvement projects while working alongside a highly accomplished leadership team that is deeply involved in every project. The Senior Tenant Improvement Project Manager will take ownership of large-scale, high-visibility projects throughout Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, and Beverly Hills, overseeing everything from planning and coordination to execution and client relationships. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and have a proven track record of successfully managing large commercial TI projects. With direct access to company partners, exposure to marquee projects, exceptional earning potential, and a clear path for professional growth, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact with a company that rewards initiative, performance, and leadership.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in tenant improvement project management, specifically in commercial settings
  • Proven experience managing projects with a minimum of 50,000 square feet
  • Demonstrated ability to handle larger projects under pressure
  • Existing network of quality union subcontractors is preferred
  • Experience on large TI projects (100,000-200,000+ square feet) is preferred
