Job description

???? Service Technician – Zion Harley-Davidson

Location: 2345 N Coral Canyon Blvd, Washington, UT 84780
Department: Service
Type: Full-Time

Fuel Your Passion. Wrench with Purpose. Ride with Pride.

Do you live for the rumble of a Harley engine? Are you a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-octane environment? If so, you might be the next Service Technician to join our passionate crew of Harley-Davidson professionals.

We're more than just a dealership — we're a community of riders, wrenchers, and road warriors committed to keeping the spirit of freedom alive. Join us, and turn your technical know-how into something legendary.

????️ What You'll Be Doing

As a Harley-Davidson Service Technician, you’ll work on some of the most iconic motorcycles in the world. Whether it’s customizing a bike to perfection, bringing a classic ride back to life, or keeping our community safe and on the road — you’ll be the go-to expert.

Your mission includes:

  • Delivering top-notch, high-quality repairs and customizations on customer and dealership bikes.
  • Diagnosing issues and recommending service solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and dialed in — just like our bikes.
  • Taking pride in efficient, precise work — minimizing come-backs and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Road-testing machines to ensure every ride rolls out flawlessly.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with Service Advisors, Managers, and customers.

???? What We’re Looking For

We want a mechanically-minded, team-oriented technician who takes pride in doing things right — and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty doing what they love.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Graduation from a factory-certified training program (MMI preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles (or the drive to learn fast).
  • Your own tool set (or a plan to build one within 60 days).
  • A valid motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
  • A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.

???? What You’ll Get

  • Competitive Pay & Bonuses – Your skills are valuable, and we reward performance.
  • Training & Growth – Factory training, certifications, and mentorship to keep your skills sharp.
  • Employee Discounts – On parts, gear, apparel, and even bikes!
  • Team Culture – Work with people who love what they do in a fun, supportive shop environment.
  • Ride Days & Events – Yes, you can actually ride at work.

⚠️ Physical & Work Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to push, pull, and balance heavyweight bikes (up to 600+ lbs).
  • Routine use of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
  • Exposure to loud noises, fumes, chemicals, and the sights and sounds of the shop.
  • Dealership uniform and a professional appearance are part of the job.

Ready to Ride with Us?

This isn’t just another job — it’s a lifestyle. If you're a dedicated technician who wants to be part of an iconic brand and a passionate crew, apply now. The road is calling.

???? Apply today and start your Harley journey.
