Food Service - Server / Food Service Associate

Part-Time Opportunities Available: Days of the week may vary however this position enjoys every other weekend and every other holiday off.

  • 18 hours per 2 week pay period
  • Casual Call includes 3 + shifts per month including 2 weekends shifts



Example Shifts

AM: 6:00am-2:30pm | 7:00am-3:00pm | 7:00am-3:30pm | 9:30am-6:00pm | 11:00am-3:00pm

PM: 3:30pm - 7:30pm | 4:00pm-7:30 pm | 4:00pm-7:30 pm

Food Service - Server / Food Service Associate

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide / Server to join our top-notch culinary team at our Eagle Crest South facility. Our kitchen provides meals for memory care residents, high acuity assisted living residents, assisted living, and independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest South and Cass Street Assisted Living.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by not only cooking but serving attractive and nutritious meals.
  • Duties include quantity cooking, dish room duties, cleaning duties, serving resident's meals, restocking and other kitchen responsibilities, along with meal prep and catering as needed.
  • Some positions will be responsible for assisting with breakfast prep, working the bistro area and some baking tasks.
  • This position may include transportation of meals to Cass Street Assisted Living.

What You'll Need

  • Ability to multitask is a must
  • Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment
  • Quantity cooking experience, a plus but not required
  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and basic math abilities
  • Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community, preferred
  • Drivers require a valid driver license and must have and maintain a safe driving record

Our Wages

  • Servers starting between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour, more based on qualifications, experience, and hours worked
  • Train to fill in for Assistant Cook shifts for more pay!
  • We pay for high performance! We will review your performance and wage at 100 days plus at least annually
